Note on contested claims: Canonical in Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Bibles; not in the Hebrew Bible or the Protestant Old Testament. Berean prints Tobit as historically valuable Second Temple literature, not as Scripture.

A short story of a blind exile in Nineveh, his son's journey, the angel Raphael in disguise and a demon named Asmodeus. Fragments at Qumran proved it was circulating among Jews centuries before Christianity.
