- Is Berean really free?
- Yes. With a free account you get the full NET Bible, search, highlights and notes, the Study, Evidence, Typology and Cities libraries, reading plans, one AI chat a day, and up to 10 saved conversations.
- How do credits work?
- Buy a pack once and spend it whenever you like; credits never expire. Each AI chat after your free daily chat uses 1 credit, as do word study, commentary, custom reading plans and journal synthesis. A sermon outline or an AI cover picture for a saved chat uses 2, and a deep research briefing uses 3. If a request fails, your credits are returned.
- What does the Storage plan do?
- Free accounts can save up to 10 conversations, each with a plain colored cover. The Storage plan (US$0.99 a month) removes that limit. If you cancel, nothing is deleted; you just can't save new conversations past 10 until you unsave some.
- I already pay for Seeker or Scholar. What changes?
- Nothing. Your plan keeps the same price and features. Scholar members keep every AI study tool without credits. You can cancel anytime from your Profile and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- What is the Patron option?
- Patron is a one-time US$49 purchase that unlocks Berean's Scholar study library for life: full Evidence texts, interlinear grammar and Strong's definitions, translator's notes, offline mode, and exports. It doesn't include AI; add credits anytime for AI study.
- When does my free daily chat reset?
- At midnight UTC, which is 8 pm in Trinidad and Tobago. Your conversations and notes are always safe.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If something isn't working right, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right. A refunded credit pack removes whatever credits are left from it.
