- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Open your Profile page, scroll to the Subscription panel, and click 'Cancel subscription' — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- What happens when I hit the free daily limit?
- You'll see a gentle prompt. Your conversations and notes stay safe — you can keep reading, studying, and using the rest of the app, and chat opens back up at midnight UTC.
- Can I switch between Basic and Pro?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If something isn't working right, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
